The same pattern, different teams
Different tools, team sizes and starting points. The work rhymes: fix what the CRM records, wire the campaigns into it, and the reporting stops being guesswork. Each card carries the client, the problem, what was built and the metrics the client’s own deck recorded. Filter by the part of the stack you care about.
Global mobility · Webfleet / Bridgestone
Personalisation on broken records → a funnel that widened at every stage
The problem. Campaigns were running, but the funnel would not move. The personalised journeys were reading from a Salesforce data model where the same account could look like three different things.
What I built. A rebuilt object model, personalised web journeys rewired to read from it, and funnel reporting rebuilt on top so each stage could be watched on its own.

B2B training marketplace · EdCast Inc. / Leapest
Two sides to feed → eight months of measured top-line growth
The problem. A training marketplace that had to grow buyers, instructors and content sellers at the same time, with one OKR sitting over all of it: grow the top-line revenue.
What I built. HubSpot as the marketing system with Leadfeeder alongside it, Unbounce landing pages and Mailchimp workflows for the automated funnel, then paid acquisition on Google and social, activation and onboarding email campaigns, and the reporting to measure all of it.

Freight marketplace · Cogoport Europe B.V.
A standing start in a new market → traffic, demos and partners moving together
The problem. Operations had opened in Europe in October 2018 with no database to sell into, and five audiences to acquire at once: partners, exporters, importers, shippers and intermediate service providers.
What I built. A scraping funnel across Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, contact data extracted from company lists, then cleaning and segmentation into an account and title based database split by decision makers against influencers, with outbound email, custom audience ads and InMail campaigns running on it.

A spike nobody could repeat → channels that kept producing after it
The problem. Growth had run at 155% across March and April 2018 off an average of 13% a month, on sharply increased paid spend. Which crowds to concentrate on, and which channels would still be working afterwards, was the open question.
What I built. Revenue as the North Star, four strategies under it with their own tactics, dependencies and named risks, run in weekly and bi-weekly sprints, plus the Google Shopping schedule, title and CPC optimisations underneath the paid strategy.

HubSpot build · Settly
Lead source tracking, online and offline, in one HubSpot portal
What I built. Online lead source tracking management and offline lead source tracking management, a customised lead source assignment workflow, the HubSpot custom properties underneath it, and a UTM template setup so the tagging stays consistent after handover.
What is not here. No metrics. The engagement record for this one lists the scope and not the outcome, so I publish the scope and leave the rest alone.
Nothing tagged under that discipline yet. Book a diagnostic and we can talk through the work that is not published.
Every number on this page is quoted from the client’s own case deck for the period that deck states, and where a deck records something unflattering next to the growth I have put it on the page too. They are what happened in those engagements, not a promise of the same numbers in your funnel. Where there is no measured result I say so and publish what was built instead, because I would rather show you the work than a number I cannot stand behind.
